ITEYAO provides high-quality automotive interior products. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and what delivery expectations customers should have before placing an order.
1) Shipping Fees
Free Shipping on All Orders
All orders that can be successfully placed on our website (www.autoluxy.com) qualify for free shipping. Orders that meet the minimum order value qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are already covered based on our minimum order threshold, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
2) Order Processing & Shipping Flow
Order Confirmation & Preparation
Your order is confirmed after successful payment. We will review your order information, contact details, and delivery address. Once we confirm that your order information is correct, we will pack the products from our local warehouse.
Shipment Dispatch
Once packing is completed, your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent.
3) Local Preparation & Fulfillment
In order to support reliable delivery within the United States, orders are fulfilled through our U.S.-based operations and coordinated fulfillment network. Products are shipped from a local warehouse in the United States.
In some cases, when replacement installation parts are needed, these parts may be shipped from China. However, we promise to use the fastest shipping method to ensure you receive our products as soon as possible.
4) Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time includes order processing and transit time.
All orders received will be shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
Estimated delivery time for U.S is 3–7 business days.
5) Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Common carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, depending on destination.
6) Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders as efficiently as possible, In rare cases delays may occur due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, carrier-related factors, etc.) , these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

A. We ship only within America.
Q. Do you give free shipping?
A. Currently, all products purchased from Autoluxy.com are eligible for free shipping! Please note that this may change in the future without prior notice.
Q. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Autoluxy.com?
A. There are no hidden charges. The standard & discounted process are the final price. There will be no additional cost to be paid once the product is delivered to you.
Q. Why there is no delivery in my area?
A. We deliver to all places where our delivery partners have delivery capability. We are continuously working to expand over coverage area. There may also be legal restrictions to delivering products in your area.
Q. Do you also give Cash on Delivery option?
A. Not for the moment.
Q. Can you purchase outside America and get it delivered to an address in America
A. Yes, you can purchase our products via a valid credit card (we may ask you for additional authentication information) from any place outside America and get it delivered to a valid address in America(in places where we deliver). Please note that America GST will be applied to the checkout process.
